Return policy:

We do not compromise on quality and that’s our promise. Most of our products are made by handloom or power loom and are made by traditional loomers in India, resulting in each product being one of a kind. Subtle variations in patterns, slubs, and uneven threads are natural to the process of weaving, and we believe this makes each creation unique and charming. Some call it je ne sais quoi. We call it MSS Heirloom. Strict quality control measures are taken to ensure the product reaches you without any damage. Please take a moment to understand why we do not accept returns.
  • These are one of a kind exclusive products. As is the case with such exclusive sarees, once they are unpacked, they cannot be restocked
  • We thoroughly check each individual product to ensure quality before shipping
  • All orders involving blouse stitching are custom orders per the customers’ measurements
For any exceptional situations including any issues with the product, contact us at info@ssheirloom.com within 24 hours of delivery so that we can assist you.
  • Even in these exceptional situations, when a return is approved, the shipping charges for the returns will be borne by the customer. Items will have to be returned in their original packaging (tags, dust cover and box included)
  • Return shipment tracking details will need to be provided by the customer
  • Any refunds will be processed only after the returned package reaches us in its original condition
  • Note that the processing/service charges of the credit/debit card company and/or paypal will be deducted from the refund and this difference will be borne by the customer
  • If the order involved stitching and any customizations, the costs associated with these customizations will also be deducted from the refund

Disclaimer:

Products on our website are photographed with utmost care so that they represent the true color of the product. Despite that, due to individual device settings, the colors may appear slightly different. Customers are always welcome to contact our team for further clarification before placing an order.

Cancellation policy:

  • If a customer has made an order and wishes to cancel, they may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, first goto ‘View your Order’ from your Order Confirmation email. In case you are signed in goto your “Orders” page
  • Next, open the order you wish to cancel, click the “Cancel” button and follow the prompts. If you don’t see the cancel button, your order is no longer eligible to be canceled.
  • After 24 hours of receiving an order, we start with any stitching or customizations and hence cancellations will not be possible.
  • Cancellation requests within 24 hours will be processed and a refund will be issued within the next 24 hours. The refund may reflect on your account in the next 5-10 days.
  • Note that the processing/service charges of the credit/debit card company and/or paypal will be deducted from the refund and this difference will be borne by the customer.
