Silk Mark is a certification mark for silk textiles in India. The mark certifies that the piece of merchandise which bears the mark is made up of pure natural silk. The certification is managed by the ‘Silk Mark Organisation of India’. It is a society set up by the state- controlled Central Silk Board of India. The mark is a symbol of quality assurance and is given to silk products that undergo rigorous testing for purity and quality.

We don’t want your special moments to fade. The best way to clean a silk saree is only by dry-cleaning. It is never advisable to hand wash or machine wash. For long term storage, fold the saree and store in a cotton dust bag or cotton storage box. Direct sunlight for a considerably long time may cause color to fade.

Every merchandise is special and unique. The pieces are typically rare or exclusive and are not mass produced. But please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service at in case we have something similar to your likings.

All merchandise from SS Heirloom will be packed, sealed and delivered in a signature SSH box that will ensure that your product will reach safely to its destination without any damage. The saree is packed in a muslin dust bag for easy storage.

All product prices (on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis) displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied, for which payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. You will then receive a dispatch email with a tracking number. In case you need more details please contact our customer support.

We will start processing your order within 24 hours of you placing it. You will receive your orders anywhere between three to four weeks of placing it. Any custom orders (which includes blouse stitching, embroidery or other details on the blouse, fall and pico) will take more time.

We are sorry you have to cancel your order. Cancellations can only be done within 24 hours of placing it. We try to process your order as soon as possible which includes cutting off the blouse fabric, fall or pico if needed etc, so any order cancellation after the first 24 hours is not possible.

Yes of course! The designs of embroidery/zardosi work done on the blouses are limitless. You could contact us before placing an order for the design options. Hand embroidery involves sewing decorative metallic threads and sequins hence a labor intensive and artisanal process. They are both elegant and enhance the overall look of a saree for occasions.
